Established in 1960, Shanghai Polytechnic University, also known as the Shanghai Second Polytechnic University, is an institution of higher education featuring engineering as its main discipline.

Tuition fee per year: 20,000 – 27,000 CNY ~ 70,000,000 – 95,000,000 VND

Shanghai Government Scholarships (SGS):

• Type A: Full Ride – 100% of tuition fees, accommodation, living expenses, and medical insurance for 4 years
• Type B: 100% of tuition fees and medical insurance for 4 years

International Student Scholarships:

• First-class: 100% of tuition, accommodation, and medical insurance fees for 4 years
• Second-class: 100% of tuition and medical insurance fees for 4 years
• Third-class: 50% of tuition and medical insurance fees for 4 years
