- Overview
Established in 1957, Ming Chuan University (MCU) is a private university with four campuses in Taipei, Taoyuan, and Kinmen in Taiwan, as well as one in Michigan, United States. MCU is the first university in Asia to receive accreditation from the United States of America by the MSCHE (Middle States Commission on Higher Education), and it is also the only university in Taiwan with such accreditation.
In line with the trend toward globalized competition in higher education, Ming Chuan University established the International College to provide English-taught degree programs and promote internationalization and inter-university cooperation in 2001-2002.

Tuition fee per year: 96,702 – 111,066 NTD ~ 75,000,000 – 85,000,000 VND
MOE Taiwan Scholarship:
- Tuition subsidy of up to 80,000 NTD per year for 4 years, the remaining amount might be covered by the university
- Monthly stipend of 15,000 NTD ~ 12,000,000 VND
MOFA Taiwan Scholarship:
- 100% of tuition fees for a 1-year Mandarin Language Enrichment Program (LEP) and 4-year degree programs
- Monthly stipend of 33,000 NTD ~ 25,000,000 VND
- One-way plane tickets for direct flights to and from Taiwan
