I-Shou University (ISU) is a private university in Dashu District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Formerly known as Kaohsiung Polytechnic Institute, ISU was established in 1986 by I-Shou Lin, the founder of E United Group, to commemorate his mother as well as to benefit the villages and towns where he started his business. KPI was officially renamed I-Shou University in 1997.
Aspiring to become an international comprehensive university, ISU spares no effort to develop and grow in all aspects. In 2009, the International College was inaugurated to foster a total immersion learning environment in English to nurture young professionals in international affairs and fuel campus internationalization.

Tuition fee per year: 145,000 NTD ~ 115,000,000 VND
MOE Taiwan Scholarship:
- Tuition subsidy of up to 80,000 NTD per year for 4 years, the remaining amount might be covered by the university
- Monthly stipend of 15,000 NTD ~ 12,000,000 VND
MOFA Taiwan Scholarship:
- 100% of tuition fees for a 1-year Mandarin Language Enrichment Program (LEP) and 4-year degree programs
- Monthly stipend of 33,000 NTD ~ 25,000,000 VND
- One-way plane tickets for direct flights to and from Taiwan
ISU Scholarship for International Students: Up to 100% of tuition fee for the first year and a subsidy of 20,000 NTD for on-campus accommodation (~15,000,000 VND)
