The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) is a public research university in Tai Po Tsai, Clear Water Bay Peninsula, New Territories, Hong Kong. Established in 1991, it was the territory’s third institution to be granted university status, after HKU and CUHK.
In 2019, HKUST launched the Sustainable Smart Campus as a Living Lab initiative, aiming to transform the campus into a testing ground for learning, experimenting, and advancing smart and innovative ideas to address real-life challenges. The university also pays great attention to supporting our students and faculty in their entrepreneurial pursuits as its Entrepreneurship Center, established in 1999, is the first of its kind among Hong Kong’s universities.
English is the main language of instruction at HKUST with a wide range of programs.

Tuition fee per year: 170,000 HKD ~ 550,000,000 VND
University Admissions Scholarship: Up to 100% of tuition fees plus an allowance of 60,000 HKD per year (~195,000,000 VND)
Global Learners Scholarship: 100% of tuition fee for 4 years
