- Overview
Established in 1885, Yonsei University is one of Korea’s top three “SKY” universities, which are the most prestigious in the country. As the most internationalized liberal higher education institution in Korea, Yonsei enjoys by far the longest history of international education in Korea with the most extensive network of exchange partners worldwide.
The school’s campus is often voted among the most beautiful campuses around the world, and has been featured in numerous popular Korean dramas, including “True Beauty,” “Snowdrop,” and “Reply 1994.”
Underwood International College (UIC) is a highly selective, English-language, four-year liberal arts institution within Yonsei, which combines the intimate, elite learning environment of an American-style liberal arts college with the faculty and resources of Korea’s top private research university.
